Deliveries, Collections & Returns


Our nationwide delivery service is competitively priced, fast and reliable.

All deliveries are chargeable and are based on the weight/size of your order, we don’t hide any delivery charges within the cost of our products, so we can keep our tiles competitive and fairly priced.

Delivery Details


Once an order has been placed stock items can normally be dispatched for delivery within five to seven working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales may vary. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.

Most deliveries are between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm, Monday – Friday except Bank Holidays. An additional charge will be made for a specific morning, or afternoon delivery (if available).

Most orders are packed in either wooden crates or onto pallets which will be delivered on a large lorry usually an 18-tonne vehicle depending on access so it is important that any restricted access details (such as overhanging trees, steep gradients, or gravel driveways) are advised prior to your order being placed. The consignment will be placed, at the driver’s discretion, to the nearest, safely accessible point to the property; this may be on the drive or at the kerbside.

The delivery driver cannot help handle the goods, so it is essential for you to arrange for a responsible individual to be present. Somebody must be available to accept, sign for, and safely store the goods as required. Unfortunately, the driver is not able to unpack products and move them from the place of delivery. Orders will be shrink-wrapped for protection, but please try to move the materials undercover as soon as possible and ensure all sundry products are stored in dry conditions to avoid damage by frost or rain.

All orders must be examined on delivery and any shortages, damages or other discrepancies must be noted on the delivery note and reported within the specified time period (see Terms and Conditions).

Care needs to be taken when unpacking all stone tiles as spacers may need to be removed from the packaging before the tiles are lifted out. Tiles should always be stacked and stored vertically (on edge) but not on a hard surface as this causes unnecessary edge chipping.

Courier Service


Starting from £12.53 for up to 10kg, small tile samples, cleaners & sealants, or a few bags of grout can be dispatched quickly and easily.

These charges apply for most of mainland UK, however, geographical restrictions and consignment weight will affect final delivery cost. Accurate carriage charges will be applied to your order at checkout.

Delivery timescales start from two working days; if you place your order before 2.00 pm, although some more geographically distant regions may have a slightly increased transit time.

Palletised Kerbside Delivery


Any order over 20kgs (or some oversized products) will need to be palletised, charges range between £85– £150 plus VAT per 1,000kg for most of mainland UK.

Palletised deliveries are maneuvered using a wheeled pallet truck and are delivered to the nearest accessible point (this may be the kerbside).

Hazards or obstructions such as steps, or uneven gravel paths/driveways may mean that delivery has to be made to an alternative location nearer to the delivery vehicle.

Deliveries through the pallet network currently have a lead time of five working days, orders placed after 2.00 pm will roll over to the next working day’s schedule. (Please note, delivery slots are limited so this lead time may vary. Due to current conditions within the haulage sector, there may be factors beyond our control that cause your delivery to be unavoidably delayed so we recommend allowing as much time as possible to receive your goods).

For very large orders, please contact us as we may be able to deliver on one of our own fleet of specialist offload vehicles.



Order collections can be made from our Yorkshire Head Office by prior arrangement with our logistics team, normally within 2-3 days notice.

To ensure your safety, and the safety of your order, a suitable vehicle must be used for collections. Orders over 200kg will not be able to be collected in a family car and will need to be palletised and collected in a vehicle capable of being forklift loaded and be suitable for the size and weight of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse a collection if we deem it unsafe to load your vehicle.

Goods must be inspected at the point of collection and are transported at the individual’s risk. We do not accept claims for damage or breakages once the goods have been collected.

Collections are available between 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Arrival outside of these times will result in your collection having to be rescheduled.

Due to the variation which occurs with natural stone, porcelain, and ceramic tiles, we do not accept returns of any excess tiles. We suggest keeping any surplus tiles as they will be from the same batch as your original material and can be utilised should you need any tiles replaced in the future.
