Retail Sales/Showroom Manager and Sales Advisers – Summertown Oxford

Due to our exciting expansion plans with a new store opening soon in Summertown, Oxford we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales/Showroom Manager and Sales Advisers to join our team in our brand new showroom in Summertown.

Are you:

· Eager to learn, highly motivated and ambitious with the capability to become a key member of our sales team?

· Confident and charismatic to achieve sales through face to face contact in our showrooms or through phone and other contacts?

You will be recognised for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving the right outcome for the customer and the business.

You will learn and develop a wide range of product knowledge to help customers choose the right look for their home. An eye for interior design is also very useful here. You will also calculate quantities and specify requirements, produce quotes and process orders.

Your base will be in our Summertown, Oxford showroom but flexibility is needed as there may be occasional travel to other showrooms. Full UK driving licence desirable.

Experience of selling in a similar or complementary field (such as a kitchen showroom) is desirable but not essential as it’s finding the right person which is most important.

These are full-time posts and include working Saturdays (with a day off in the week) but part time for 3-4 days a week would be considered for the Sales Adviser post which includes working Saturdays. Administrator - Yorkshire

Terzetto Stone is a national retailer of natural stone and porcelain tiles. We have four showrooms in Yorkshire, Cheshire, St Albans and Warwickshire, with our fifth showroom opening shortly. Due to our exciting expansion plans, we are looking for an Administrator to join our team and work at our head office in Tockwith, near York.

The Role

This is a very interesting and varied role that will include the following duties:

Processing customer orders

  • Liaising with customers to book their deliveries and planning a schedule of deliveries
  • Answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries
  • Support the management of utility contracts for the business
  • Support the ordering of materials needed for the warehouse and office
  • Support the managing the tile sample process for customers
  • Other office admin duties

You will be:

  • Able to work well as part of the team and on your own.
  • IT literate with experience of using Microsoft products such as Word/Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in writing, face to face and by phone with a helpful and confident manner.
  • Self-motivated and have the ability to manage your own time effectively. A flexible approach and be able to balance different aspects of this role.
  • Organised & pro active in finding new ways to support the business to run efficiently.
  • Experienced in working in an office environment.

You will work Monday to Friday. Normal working hours are 8.30 am to 5 pm. We will also consider part-time hours. You will more than likely need to drive due to location and we have free on-site parking.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

At Terzetto Stone we supply the highest quality natural stone and porcelain tiles from around the world and have five retail showrooms across the UK. We recently opened two new showrooms as part of our exciting expansion plans, which has created this unique opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the senior management team to drive sales & marketing strategies for the business.

Duties will include:

  • Social media planning & management and creating imaginative content primarily for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Increasing traffic to the company website through a variety of marketing campaigns, including creating and running email campaigns
  • Maintaining content on our website, writing and adding new content pages and producing insightful, relevant blogs to maintain SEO, liaising with our web development agency Leading on the creation of a company product brochure
  • Liaise with customers to organise professional photographs of their installations
  • Reporting on marketing activity and deliverables making recommendations
  • Support the sales team and deal with customers in the showroom and by phone and email.
  • Designing other advertising, marketing and promotional literature working with various 3rd party contacts

You will have:

  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Excellent IT, writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in writing, face to face and by phone.
  • Confident and charismatic – able to build rapport quickly. A flexible approach and able to balance different aspects of this role.
  • Ability to travel when required
  • A relevant degree in Marketing or Business, or a related field or proven sales/marketing expertise is desirable.

You will work Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week. Normal working hours are 8.45 am to 5.15 pm.
